[0.16.37] Bots don't rebuild destroyed structures

[0.16.37] Bots don't rebuild destroyed structures

Bots don't rebuild destroyed structures anymore. They still repair damaged ones. Only The Robots in the players personal Robohanger still rebuild destroyed structures.
