[0.16.28] Cropping Bitmap... For Eternity

Attempting to start Factorio after patching to 16.28. The load bar reaches 31% and "Cropping Bitmap" and it never passes this point and I have had to terminate the process each time.

Hi, I can't think of any change between 0.16.27 and 0.16.28 that would cause the game load so slow. It take 10x slower to just get to cropping bitmaps step. I would guess the drive you have it installed on is dying, but if 0.16.27 runs fine, I guess that's not the case.

Can you try to update to 0.16.28 again to see if it happens again? I tried your modpack on 0.16.28 and it loaded normally for me (30 seconds to main menu)
