I have tried to update my Game from 16.4 to 16.6 and AGAIN this happens!
I use the ZIP Factorio Versions because of its best for my needs!

Do you have any way to reproduce the issue? When I test updating it always works correctly.
Maybe you have Antivirus that's interfering?
