[16.22] Buffer Chest Not Unlocked Upon Upgrading from 15.40

I had been hosting a 15.40 server for myself and some friends. After a while, I decided that it was time to try out 0.16 because of all the nice sounding changes! So I updated my server and the mods on it to their 0.16 equivalents. We already had a fair amount of time on this save game in the 15.40 version and had many technologies researched; among them was Logistics Network. Upon upgrading the save from 15.40 to 16.22, I noticed that the Buffer Chest item was not available for crafting. I expected that the Buffer Chest item was available for crafting after the update because we already had Logistics Network tech researched.

I had to use the below command to have it added for crafting ability.
/c game.player.force.recipes["logistic-chest-buffer"].enabled=true

This should work by our migrations system, and seems to for us. Do you still have the 0.15.40 save file?
