Server Browser: Login error

I wanted to check out the multiplier but when I hit the "Browse Public Games". I then typed my CORRECT password and a large popup flashes and then an error is given to me IN the login box. If I then type my INCORRECT password it gives me a POPUP error "Notice: Authentication error on the auth server (Username and password don't match). Most probably username and password don't match.". I logged into my factorio account through my browser and it worked. This is weird because I the error I get with my correct password isn't a popup but the incorrect password is a popup.
