[13.13] [Pending] Crash with RivaTuner: "(989): d3d_draw_bitmap_region_optimised"

I opened tech screen and selected power armor 2 which was red, then i clicked on a yellow prerequisite (dont remeber which) but instead of showing me that yellow tech screen froze. I clicked E and T a couple times, sound in the background changed so I presume the game continued but the sreen was still frozen in the tech display, after some seconds I got a crash message and below is the log.

Has the crash occurred again? do you have any more concrete steps to reproduce the crash?

I can see you use RivaTuner Statistics Server (probably with MSI Afterburner), what version of RivaTuner Statistics Server do you have?

6.4.0.7788 I updated after I had some problems with onscreen display. after i disabled OSD ive had no problems

i havent played much since, a quick test showed no problems. will update if it happens again
