[0.13] Stack filter inserter

Stack filter inserters act like normal Fast inserters.

I took two screenshots one after another.
(This is a save from 0.12 I just swapped the regular Filter inserters with Stack filter inserters)
(I am not sure if this is a bug or not but Stack filter inserters have only 1 filter slot)

What's happening that you think shouldn't be happening?

Can you upload the save file and steps to reproduce with what you think should be happening?

I also don't understand what exactly is the bug.
The stack inserter has one filter slot on purpose.

Is the issue that the stack inserter is used to place items onto the belt, with container-to-container movements acting the same way as the fast inserter?

I'm unsure if there is a difference in the holding capacity between stack vs normal inserters (haven't looked).

Normal Stack inserters move by stack.

Normal Stack inserter - moves a stack
Stack filter inserter - moves around 5 items from the stack

Both the filtered stack inserter and stack inserter move 5 items each swing - from chest to chest. Non-stack inserters move 3 per swing. However both the stack inserters deposit 5 items onto the belt per swing, while the others only do one.

AFAIK this is the intended behavior?
