Change "cannot be smelted" for custom furnaces.

If you insert something that cannot be smelted into a furnace, it prints a message like "Electronic Circuit cannot be smelted." This applies even to furnaces that aren't using the "smelting" recipe category.

I would like a way to change that to "Electronic Circuit cannot be centrifuged." or something similar. It's not terribly important, though - the player can easily guess what "smelted" actually means.

I imagine all that we need is a can not craft error string input for the devices.
