Map-related relative GUIs

Please add a way to create GUIs that are visible only when:
  • the map is not opened, and/or
  • the map is opened and zoomed out, and/or
  • the map is opened and zoomed in to world view
Basically like player.gui.screen but limited to one or two of those contexts.
