Add ability to specify an animation for the working state of the reactor

Currently, the reactor prototype only allows a sprite to be specified for the glow. This has affected my ability to make a mod before, namely ReactorDansen. Now I want to make a mod with a fusion reactor with plasma stream visible and I would like to animate it a bit but I can only a static sprite right now.
