Reading spidertron settings from LuaItemStack

I would like to have APIs to read spidertron settings from LuaItemStack.
To be more exact, i need:
  • Logistic settings: if it's enabled, if it's enabled while moving, if buffer requests are allowed, logistic requests
  • Targeting information (with/without gunner)
