Request for additional anchors

I would like to request that defines.relative_gui_type be expanded to include the following guis:

ToolEquipGui
quick_bar_window_frame
shortcut_bar_window_frame
right_container_frame

Unfortunately the relative GUI logic currently only works with "main" GUIs that can be opened. It doesn't support attaching to anything outside of a GUI that appears in the center of the screen.
