Resource depletion amount

Please add "(resource_)depletion_amount" to non infinite resources if possible. This would allow for resources with result =/= 1 to work more consistently in regard to expected resources etc.

A prime example for this would be finite fluid resources where amount per mining tick usually >1.

Default value should be 1 probably.
