I made this incredible circuit:
A clock that generates a pulse, on that pulse data is written into a memory cell, then compared to the current value in the circuit network, and counting up when the value goes up and down when the value goes down. It includes some rounding to smooth things out. And the memory cell needed to store the temporary data is also flushed each cycle.
And then I realized I made a really complicated machine that actually only divided the tank content by 1000. *facepalm*
I am sure I can use this later for something else (parts of it or modified) ... so I will store the work-in-progress in a blueprint .... before replacing it with a single arithmetic.
