126 ... 12 - 6 = 6, GREAT!

@Gandalf, I've used 124, it'S maybe a bit trivial, just a chain. 2^0, 2^1, 2^2 ^^

1 2 4 .... 8 16 32 usw.

127 = 2^7 - 1 is a prime number only one away from a power of two. Prime numbers of this form are common targets for projects that try to find very large prime numbers, because they are easy to represent in binary.

@bastrath wow, I completely missed what you did there :D nice one

128: 1 + 2 + 8 = 11
11: 1 + 1 = 2

It's the first prime Number AND 128 is a power of 2

132 is a multiple of 11. You know how to tell when a three-digit-number is divisible by 11? When the first digit and the third digit added together is the second digit (1 + 2 = 3 in this case). In case of the sum greater or equal than 10 the '1' adds to the first digit. e.g: 638 is divisible by 11, because 5+8 is 13 and the '1' of the 13 adds to the 5.
