Wireless charging that doesn't "take" energy from the network/generator

Guys, I've made a fork of the mod camedo-microwave ( to change some thinks to my like and update it to 1.1 ) but I can't solve a little problem...

When you connect it to your power generator ( accumulator, steam turbine whatever ) it doesn't 'debit' energy while charging an entity, I only did static consumption ( when not in use ), and I want that when it's in use( charging an entity ), it drains more power from the generator, any help?
