Non-liquid recipes with multiple outputs?

I've been trying to make recipes with multiple outputs, but found that the format seems to only work with liquid recipes. I tried a list of items as outputs in a modified liquid recipe, and only the first item output was produced. Is it possible to accomplish this without using liquids?

Have you tried adding more inserters?
