Modify default flying text

Modify default flying text

Is it possible for a mod to edit properties of the default flying text created when you place or pick up any entity?
EG: The text showing the "+25 Coal" I picked up when I picked up a boiler as shown here...

I want to change the font size and starting location if possible as I find the text obscures my vision when rapidly picking up many entities in succession.
