Request for a little mod

Hi. I'd like to incarse red and green wire connecting distance for example from lamp to lamp and from combinator to combinator. Something like "data.raw["electric-pole"]["substation"].maximum_wire_distance = X"
Can someone type me how to do this or make a mod please. Sorry for my bad englisch and my knowledge about modding but i don't have a time to learn how to make a mod.
