can't start factorio up because of mods

hey i hope you can help me because i have instaled the mods from the steam workshop but where can i vind that map where the mods are instaled?
I can't find the folder %appdata% also i have windows 8. thank you

Open file manager. Click the address bar. Type %appdata% and press Enter.
