MOD Homeworld Portal Disappears after Loading

Hello Community,

As the title says i have a problem with tghe Homeworld mod. I downloadet the mod in-game installed it and startet a new game.
I saved the map and later that day i loadet my save and i missed the portal building.
There is no error message or somthing else the game doesnt crash. All the other buildings are still there after loading its rly just the Portal.
So anyone here got an idea what the problem is here or experienced the same ?

I am Playing on 13.XX Experimental [latest version]
The Mod itself is 1.3.3 so i tested it on Factorio 13.3 but the problem is still there.
