A method to temporarily disable player logistic requests?

Is there any method in lua that can disable/enable a player's ability to make personal logistics requests? I was unable to ascertain any method of doing so when searching through the API.
Disabling the entire force's logistic slots is not a good idea here, as I would like control on a player-by-player basis.
