how to disable car ground sounds?

i have an airplane mod where it obviously makes no sense that the ground sounds are playing when you are flying
any idea how i could disable that? or straight to modding interface requests?

My api requests/suggestions: ui relative for overlay||Grenade arc||Player Modifiers||textbox::selection||Singleplayer RCON||disable car's ground sounds
