Orbital gun for space platform

I want to add three new things:
1. Building an "orbital cannon" on a space platform, which can shoot at special target designations once every 5 minutes, spending special ammunition.
2. Ammunition. Not difficult, just an item that needs to be placed in the orbital cannon.

3. Target designator for the orbital cannon. When firing, the number of charged orbital cannons is checked and one of the charged cannons is unloaded (the time when the cannon will be loaded is overwritten and one shell is removed from the current ammunition).
4. Explosion. Although, perhaps, you can take the standard one.

I only lack knowledge of the Factorio and Space Age API.

I need to know:
1. How to determine which planet the space platform is on.
2. How to find a charged cannon (checking for charge is if the game tick is greater than the tick of the moment the charge ends, which is updated when firing).
3. How to create animations (both frame changes and sprite movement).
4. How to make a target indicator.

Please help me with some advice, and then I'll figure it out myself.
