darkness_to_turn_on doesn't seem to do anything?

darkness_to_turn_on doesn't seem to do anything?

When modifying darkness_to_turn_on on NVG, or adding new NVG with this parameter different, the value doesn't seem to affect anything.

It says "darkness to turn on", not "daytime to turn on". Check LuaSurface::darkness (read)
