RSO and ANGELS REFINING circular dependency

So i just updated my mod list and upon restart it tells me "circular dependency from rso-mod and angelsrefining" and closes.
It does this every time. Ive tried removing rso, which caused the game to work, but i do want rso to be in my modpack.. reinstalling rso makes it not start up again..

Can anyone tell me if there is a certain version to use or another mod which does the same as rso but doesnt cause any conflicts?

Are you sure you have RSO Mod by Orzelek? Because there isnt any dependency on refining in there.

It wrapped around going through Bio Industries - it should be ok now since TheSAguy dropped dependency from there.
