[0.16.23]Module Inserter Mod Broken after last actualization

Today, after the last factorio actualization, the mod "Module Inserter" works fine except when I try to install "productivity modules 3" in a factory/Chem Plant/etc.. It says "Can't use productivity module level 3 with recipe ..." but I can install that kind of modules manually.
