How to remove the colored dot that shows a player in the map

Greetings

I am currently doing a simple and small mod for Stealth Gameplay. Basically I needed to do 2 things. (1) is done

1- Remove or hide any player name and tag(Both in map, minimap and Normal view)
2- Remove the colored dot that shows the player position(Map and minimap)

In (1) I just named all the players to space chars .i.e ( " " ) (" ") ( " ") ,etc

In (2) I haven't been able to find in the API any function or method to make it either partially or totally invisible.
