Reduce volume of explosions

Hi!

Please reduce or add ability to reduce volume of rocket explosions and artillery impact. In my opinion it is completly overproportionally loud compared to the overall average sound effects volume. In fact, it is so loud, that it causes really horrible clipping/crackling noises.

This has been addressed in 2.0.
In the meantime you can try lowering the Game effects volume.
