raise_hover_events is not mentioned as a requirment for on_gui_hover and/or on_gui_leave

Took me a minute to troubleshoot why I couldn't get these events

Be sure to mention that these events are applicable after 1.1.79 as well I guess

I found out above this raise hover events by reading that reddit post and it steered me right because It made me wonder I guess
