Most of the member functions of LuaFlowStatistics, like `get_output_count`, shows in the docs that it only accepts a `string`. However, with some testing it seems that it accepts, for example, ItemWithQualityID.
An extra note can also be added, that if quality is not specified, or a string is given, then it will only return the normal quality counts.
