[1.1.107] Miner Status "Waiting for space in destination" missing

Miners do not change their status to "Waiting for space in destination" when the output belt is full but moving.
This breaks the uptime analysis ratio of mods like assembly analyst as they cannot judge weather a Miner is workign or paused.
