1. What did you do:
a. Place an Burner Inserter with its input pointing at a conveyor belt and its output pointing at a furnace.
b. Take a stack of coal into your hand.
c . (Must be done quickly to replicate) Right click on the Hand slot of the inserter to place a single piece of coal, then left click on the bottom Fuel slot to place the rest of the stack as fuel, and then immediately take away the coal piece from upper slot (the Hand slot), before the inserter has even finished putting the first piece of coal into its fuel reserves.
2. What happened?: Observe the burner inserter not accepting any items for the furnace, and simply not interacting with anything at all, be it iron, copper, or coal
3. What did you expect?: The Burner Inserter should take items as usual and feed them to the furnace.
4. It appears to be consistent when replicated properly.
5. To reproduce, follow a through c as demonstrated in this video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1e0mCel ... sp=sharing

Re: [1.1.101] Burner Inserter Refusing Input After Self-fuel Interrupted
Thanks for the report. Issue is now fixed for 2.0.
Issue was that inserter when trying to fuel itself temporarily sets itself as the drop target, however refueling sequence was aborted by manually clearing held stack which would not abort this sequence properly: inserter was stuck thinking that it wants to get items for itself (it was its own drop target) and so it would not accept items that are not fuel for its own purpose.
