[1.1.25] Inserter blocked by item from stack

1. have inserter with Inserter capacity bonus (research)
2. set it to grab items from a combined belt (e.g. carying copper and iron plates on each side)
3. set it to drop in a chest
4. set the chest to only accept 2 stacks
5. put items in the first slot so that it has odd number of items in the stack left (e.g. 91 copper plates)
6. put some items in the second slot (some iron plates)

the inserter will add copper plates in the chest until it gets to 100 and then one plate will stay in the inserter
the iron plates will never be grabbed even though there is place in the chest

the workaround is to limit the stack size for the inserter to 1, but it beats the purpose of the research

I did not test with stack inserters

Imo not a bug.
You can use filter inserter and/or circuit logic to achieve this.
