[1.1.11] Unable to zoom past radar threshold in map view when shift is pressed

When pressing and holding shift (so as to place a ghost or force-place a bp), the map view will not zoom in or out past the threshold where you are given a visible radar view

Was using mods at the time but have since verified in vanilla. You do not need to be holding anything in cursor for the issue to present.

hmm. I swear hadn't noticed it before, and found myself continually running into it in my last play.

Maybe I'm just getting old and forgetful. very well =D
