it loads the correct map, but everytime it generates random seed in the seed input. If I change any map settings, it generates new map, specified by the current seed. Might be related to the fact, that the map in the exchange string has a seed value of 1.

Thanks for the report. That's working as intended it seems: the seed "1" is the flag "use a random seed". In fact all seeds between 0 and 341 inclusive generate the same map.
