[0.18.47] Move blueprint book leftover artifact

So, just started a new game (scenario: Raketenrausch).

I want to make use of the (kinda) new feature, blueprint book in another book, and get the bp's sorted.

move one to another: I don't know how. My solution: move book to inventory. open the destination book. move book from inv to destination book, voila.

Problem: free slot artifacts and no way to get rid of them

Empty slots are feature. Not a bug.

By default, all old blueprints got sorted alphabetically with empty slots at the bottom of the list.
How to do that with the new library, after deleting some?
