[0.18.30] Storage chest filter ignored on BP over items-on-the-ground

Steps to reproduce:

• Load the save.
• Take the blueprint from quickbar
• Place the blueprint over the huge rock or spilled iron ore using SHIFT + Click

Expected:
Items from the ground (coal / iron ore) get placed into the unfiltered storage chest.

What happens:
Items from the ground get placed into the storage chest ignoring the set filter.

Thanks for the report however that's not how storage filters work. They only have anything to do with robots looking for a chest to stick an item. Building a chest over items on the ground pays no attention to any kind of filters the chest may have.
