[0.17.72] Biters don't attack

[0.17.72] Biters don't attack

Hi,

it's a long story with me and the biters not attacking, but I think this time I will get the right answer! :)

I attached my current savegame. It's a long story, so here's the short version: In the south is my defense. There is pollution, there are biters and biter nests, but the biters don't attack. When looking int he production menu I can see that the pollution gets consumed:

The question is: Why don't the biters attack me from the south?

These are possible answers:
a) The path into my core base is too long, they can't reach it.
b) The railroad embankment in the south is too small, so the pathfinding algorithm has problems with it.
c) The configured map settings are wrong.
d) My defense is too strong and the biters are scared! /joke
e) It's a bug.
f) Nothing of that.

Can anyone explain why this happens?

I forgot to mention: I also activated the debug:
- show-paths
- show-path-requests
- show-path-cache-paths

I can't see requests and there are only a few old paths pointing into my defense.

Your biter force is set to not be 'ai_controllable'

You just need to do the command:
/c game.forces.enemy.ai_controllable = true

and they start attacking
