[0.17.32] Deconstructed items disappear from logistic network

I placed ghosts for a block of electric furnaces (from a blueprint); I expected to have only a few in logistic network storage, and the bots placed 1 or 2 of 32. I then deconstructed another block of furnaces, expecting the construction bots to remove them, store them, and then place them where the ghosts were. Instead, the furnaces I deconstructed seem to have disappeared from the logistic network. I have a requester chest set to request electric furnaces, and if I deconstruct another with a new ghost placed, the bot flies to that requester chest, appears to deposit it, and then flies away empty. When I look at the contents of that chest, no furnace is present. The construction bots all show as idle. My storage chests are scattered, but I've tried to check all of them and not found any furnaces. I can also create a personal logistics request, and it won't be filled either.

This is reproducible in this save, even after quitting the game. I can also see a similar behavior with heat pumps; the heat pump doesn't disappear, but it's taken to a requester chest and never placed to fill in a ghost.

Requester chests take priority over construction, and no bots can take items out of requester chests. (Use buffer chests if you want to request items for construction bots or personal requests.). But the furnaces put in the requester chest should still be there, unless an inserter took them out.
