[0.16.51] Boiler bug

Hi everyone,

I've played Factorio for a first game of 20 hours, now I retry one as I am pretty confident I will do better
In my new game, after 10 minutes I have this strange bug with the boiler. It produces steam for 2 seconds, the drill works for 2 seconds and then ... everything stop and it never starts again.
Water is connected OK, Steam is connected OK, Power is connected OK, Boiler has coal in its fuel pocket OK... I see only a bug here, right ?

Tx a lot for this GREAT GAME. Seriously, I think I have not been so thrilled about a video game since CIVILIZATION (yes, the number one, on Atari...).

if you look at the miner, you'll see it has a triangle indicating the output, you need to have something that can receive the items in the tile next to it, a box, belt, or furnace
