Rocket Silo not consuming enough power
See attached screenshot. Electrical network with only a rocket silo, a few stack inserters, and a small nuclear plant (not shown) – claims to be consuming >16 MW but the power grid only shows 1 MW. Made in sandbox mode with no mods in version 0.15.31.

The energy consumption of the rocket silo only applies to it when the rocket is being launched. When that is not the case the silo consumes some power to craft and also drains some power, which is shown on the tooltip.

That is very counterintuitive to me and I don't know where the 1 MW number is coming from, but okay.

The value in the tooltip is Maximum electric consumption.
