This is obviously not a bug, you didn't confirm changing the name

That is a bit misleading here.

I thought that "save blueprint" means save the entire blueprint and the name is a part of it. There isn't even a message to warn that the name isn't saved.

So the button actually means this ?
"save blueprint (but not the name because it is not a part of the blueprint)"

It saved the blueprint with its name, however you didn't complete the process of changing the blueprints name
