[0.15.5] Large Power Poles Not Connecting

In certain instances, particularly when there are more than 5ish connections, a large power pole will not connect to a newly placed pole. This may only happen when there is another path for the power, I am not certain.

In the image below, I had built a east<->west rail line with red a green wires between the large poles. Above and below the line were a row of large power poles with laser turrets. Upon deconstructing the laser turrets I noticed that not all of the power poles next to the rails were connected to each other. Particularity where the power pole had connected to poles to the north and south. Everything was built via blueprints/construction robots.

There is a maximum amount of connections of five per pole, the pole in the south has reached that. NaB.
