Unnecessary Details Window for Accumulators

Hi developers,

Just a minor thing I just noticed:
For some buildings you get a detail screen to configure it. This also happens for Accumulators, but there is nothing to do here.

I guess, this could be deactivated,as there is no point having it.

Circuit network settings can be configured there once connected with red/green wire.
