Ammo / gun change error in windowed mode

I play in windowed mode. Maximized.

When I try to select the current ammo, or weapon it de-selects the Factorio window as the active screen. (Left Click action)

I have to click back on the screen to re-activate it as the active window.

It does allow me to right click on it. I get a popup box that shows:

Back
Forward
Reload

The back and forward are grayed out and not select-able. Reload does not seem to do anything, but keeps the window as Active.

It does not seem to occur when the window is not maximized.

Windows 10, Factorio 14.7 1600x1200 res. single monitor

I can't reproduce what you're describing. Are you sure you're actually clicking on the window and not some external program? Windows 10 does have the bottom right menu - maybe you're clicking on that?

Edit: I was just able to re-create it for these photos. However, I re-entered the game after creating this message and I cannot get it to do it again. Not sure what is going on, I will keep with it and let you know what I am able to find out.

It seems not to even show the tool tip when I mouse over the icons (weapon, armor, ammo)

Well, this is obviously some of the programs you are running, not Factorio. I had similar problems with slack, so I run it only when I want to discuss something and close it right after.
