Updater not working on Windows

I'm able to download the updates, so it doesn't appear related to the Mac issue which says bad username/password.

I get the following:
Error when opening
C:\Dropbox\Games\Factorio13\bin\x64/factorio.pdb for reading: No such file or directory

I've verified the error is correct, the file doens't exist though it doesn't seem to be necessary to play the game.

The updater does a binary diff update and if the file doesn't exist or isn't in the correct state it can't update.

The file it mentions is used to make stack traces show useful information when the game crashes.

You'll need to download the full version of the game off the website.
