13.1 Achievements remain locked

I had installed the exe without steam and was playing and had gotten a few achievements. Then i had switched to the Steam Experimental branch and no long used the exe version. When i switched over to the steam version i did not get the achievements that i had unlocked in the exe version. When i presumably got or one of the achievements were completed in the steam version they did not unlock.

As an example the Research Oil Processing is one that i have gotten in the exe and it showed as unlocked, When i played on the steam version the achievement remained locked.

Same for Triggering an attack achievement and a few more.

achievements that i didn't unlock in the exe version will unlock properly.

The game won't retroactively unlock any achievements on steam that you earned in the non-steam version
