[0.13] Achievement mod protection not working.

If you modifying directly file in base mod. The protection achievement are not activated.

As proof I unlock the Watch your step achievement. I provided the fix in the thread about this issue.

Also a major issue considering you can modify the achievement file and change every condition to ease or making it harder for you to activate any achievement and still have it unlock on steam.

We decided, that we will not try to fix these kind of things. You can always find a way around, and the achievement is there mainly for your pleasure, so if you cheat to get it, it is the people's fault.

We could hardcode the base mod crc into the executable or things like that, but there is always way to hack it, and I believe that it is not worth the trouble.
