[1.1.90] Biter nest generated right next to starting resources

Had a weird map where all the starting resources were squished together, with a biter nest right next to them:

(Side note, if you want a challenge, this might be the map for you :P)

Started a new single player freeplay game; settings were "Death world marathon" with enemy expansion turned off
Expected to be able to walk onto my starting resources without getting attacked by biters

Only happened once of course, but here's the map exchange string:

The enemies are outside the starting area the resources are inside so nothing is broken. In the end, that is what the preview is for.

Hmm, having all of the starting resources all squished together at the very edge of the starting area seemed unlikely enough that I thought it might be a bug rather than just chance (though regardless, it's not especially impactful since it's immediately obvious, so you can just start a new game).

I guess there's a feature request here though, to have a map setting that's something like the minimum distance between the starting resources and the starting enemy bases (which feels like what the starting area is meant to be)
